Mr. Berlett is a senior project  manager and IT administrator.  He has over 12 years experience in landscape architecture and environmental science; including wetland delineation, wetland mitigation, forest conservation planning, landscape design, and site planning.  He prepares rendered exhibits and provides expert testimony for zoning and site development cases.

C. Brooke Miller, RPLS

Mr. Miller has over 50 years of experience in all types of surveys including property line, topographic, design surveys for highways, railroads and transit projects, construction and right-of-way stakeout. His capabilities include preparation of land acquisition documents, deed research and boundary determinations, coordinating geometry and CAD surveys and plotting. He has served as field crew chief and supervisor of multiple field crews on major projects for the Maryland Department of Transportation and is familiar with criteria, policies and procedures related to surveys of the State Highway Administration (SHA) and the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA).

Mr. Fisch has shepherded projects through the review processes in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick and Howard Counties and Baltimore City government review agencies as well as the Maryland State Highway Administration and the U.S. Natural Resources Conservation Service. Mr. Huber is a principal and senior environmental scientist with over 30 years of experience in environmental management. He has held natural resources planning positions in Montgomery and Howard Soil Conservation Districts. He has extensive background and experience in environmental assessments and applied ecological science, including forest conservation planning, critical area planning, environmental permitting, stream restoration, wetland mitigation design, mitigation banking, urban forestry/ arboriculture, storm water and sediment and erosion control design, and construction inspection and management.
